The conference will take place on June 26, 2025, at the Faculty of Political Science and Administration, Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz. The event will feature expert panels addressing topics related to CBRNE threats, hybrid threats, and the protection of critical infrastructure, including civilian airports.
Thematic areas include:
Protection of aviation critical infrastructure,
Safeguarding civil aviation against acts of unlawful interference,
CBRNE threats: detection, identification, neutralization, decontamination,
Transport of hazardous materials,
Hybrid threats to critical infrastructure,
Unmanned mobile platforms, so-called "drones,"
Awareness of CBRNE threat protection,
Educational challenges in protecting populations against CBRNE threats,
Selected issues in crisis management caused by CBRNE threats,
Administration, services, and security forces facing CBRNE threats,
Forensic science at CBRNE incident scenes,
Artificial intelligence and CBRNE threats.
On June 27, 2025, an exhibition and practical workshops will be held at the Bydgoszcz Aeroclub – Bydgoszcz Airport. Participants will have the opportunity to explore advanced technologies for identifying and neutralizing CBRNE threats, protecting critical infrastructure, and innovative solutions in drone technology and other security systems.
The program includes hands-on practical modules where invited officers, soldiers, and safety professionals will perform selected tasks:
Personal protective equipment for CBRNE threats,
Protective gear: bomb suits, ballistic shields,
Equipment for identifying and neutralizing CBRNE threats,
Robotic devices,
Devices for storing and transporting hazardous materials.
Unmanned mobile platforms,
Drone neutralization systems.
